Refund Policy

Conditions for refund

Within 30 days of purchase, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of our items and can provide specific complaints, you may request a partial, or in some situations, full refund. In the case of a failed test, we will provide you with a 50% refund.


Please keep in mind that if a customer only states they don’t like it or are seeking for something else without legitimate reasons, we will be unable to proceed with that refund.


For customers who purchased excess tokens but did not use them all and want to return them, we can not proceed this refund request too.


Refund process

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Attachment of the result email or other evidence

Your request email will be processed in 1-2 business day.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 days, and depending on your payment provider, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specific amount of time.

Accessing purchased products

Once the payment has been completed, we will send you an email containing the link to the products you have purchased, and the code to access the web-based apps.
